Happy New Year to you all. Team MiStable have been busy preparing for some fantastic upgrades in 2010, some of which we have already activated. Please ensure you read the brief descriptions below on some of the changes already taken place for 2010 as they will help make your user experience even better. All of our upgrades are based on your feedback, so keep it coming!!
Upgrades for January...
“Owners name” search engine function
Need to find an owner in your database quicker, or have too many “same surnames” to search?
Use the “ADVANCED SEARCH FILTER”, simply type in the owners name and a shortlist or exact match will display.
“Trainers say” FILTER
Keep track of your “Trainers Say” and cross check that all horses have had a report?
Use the “Trainers Say Advanced filter” to check that you have done all the horse reports required for the week. Sometimes, you are interrupted when doing your reports and have to logout and log back in – now you are able to cross check what horse you were up to with the Trainers Say Advanced Filter.
Important Notices...
Nominations for Non Tab Meetings
Please note that when you nominate for a Non TAB meeting an automatic email advising of the nomination does NOT go out to your owners at this stage. You Must enter the nomination alert manually which can be done by clicking on the horses tab and then click on “coming runners” then click on “add runner” and enter the nomination details in the appropriate fields. When you click submit it will send an alert to that horses owners as per normal. We hope to have this automated in the very near future.
Direct Debit Lease Payment Now Available!
We are delighted to have the direct debit function well in place for all our clients to make your annual lease fee payments. We will be forwarding to all clients direct debit forms for filling in and return to us so we can automate your payment options.
